Protection & Repair of Concrete Block Walls Epoxy Sealer. BLOCK GUARD™ EP is a two-component epoxy-based block filler designed for surface preparation and repair of irregularities on block walls, concrete, masonry, and wood surfaces. It efficiently fills porosities, small holes, and cracks, providing a uniform finish to the surface and enhancing the adhesion of subsequent coatings. This product offers tensile strength superior to concrete, is odorless, and resistant to mold and bacteria. BLOCK GUARD™ EP meets Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) requirements, making it ideal for regulated industries such as agri-food, pharmaceutical, and medical environments.

Protection & Repair of Concrete Block Walls Epoxy Sealer Application Notes:

• Surface Preparation: Clean surfaces thoroughly to remove contaminants. Mechanical treatment is required if the substrate contains accelerants like acrylic, chloroprene, or siloxane.
• Application Method: Apply using a roller, brush, or squeegee. Coverage varies based on substrate porosity.
• Concrete Requirements: Ensure concrete does not contain accelerants. Mechanical treatment may be necessary to ensure optimal adhesion.

Important Note:
