Import Controlled Resin/ Regulated Products
A small amount of products sold on the Polymeres Technologies website require an TOXIC SUBSTANCE CONTROL ACT DECLARATION to be exported outside of the Canada which will be clearly shown on the product page. If you purchase one of these products and your delivery address is outside of the Canadaa then we will contact you for further information in order to complete the licence application process.
With respect to export control, the delivery address of your order is considered to be the ‘End-User’ address. If you intend to forward some or all of your order on to an address outside of the Canada then you must make us aware of the address of the ultimate ‘End-User’ at the time of ordering. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your order.
Exportation Fees
When purchasing controlled materials, shipping costs will be higher than a non-regulated product. In certain situations where the format and or the quantity is minimal, the cost of transport will not be increased.
