- Laminating composite materials
- Adhesive for structural bonding
- Industrial repairs and reinforcement
- Fast-setting applications where high strength and clarity are required
MIXING & APPLICATION
Preparation
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of contaminants (dust, grease, or moisture) before application.
- Mix 2 parts of A to 1 part of B by volume (or 100A to 44B by weight).
- Stir slowly and evenly for approximately 2 minutes, ensuring proper blending and scraping the edges and bottom of the mixing container.
Application
- Due to the short pot life of 13 minutes at 22°C (72°F) for 200g, mix only the quantity that can be applied within this time frame.
- Apply in thin layers up to 1/4 inch for optimal curing performance.
- Can be used with a brush, roller, or trowel for application.
- Avoid mixing more than 150mL at a time to prevent excessive heat buildup.
- The curing process can be accelerated at 51.7°C (125°F) if required.
