High-Strength Industrial Clear Epoxy Adhesive.TECHNO BOND™ 8011 is a two-component epoxy adhesive formulated from 100% reactive materials. Designed for industrial and professional applications, this medium to high-viscosity adhesive delivers a permanent, high-strength bond across a variety of properly prepared substrates. With an exothermic curing reaction and excellent chemical resistance, it ensures durable adhesion even under demanding conditions.

Key features include a hardness of 73D (Shore D), making it strong yet non-brittle, and a pot life of 60 minutes at 22°C (72°F), allowing sufficient working time. The full cure is achieved within 7 days, ensuring a reliable and long-lasting bond. It is ideal for applications requiring high compressive and tensile strength, with values reaching 54.82 MPa (compressive strength) and 25.92 MPa (tensile strength).

Application Process

4. Allow curing – Room temperature curing ensures optimal performance.
