Universal Silicone Mold Release Agent for Urethanes and Epoxies
TECHNO RELEASE™ 1000 is a versatile release agent for urethanes and epoxies, designed for easy separation from metal and plastic molds. Ideal for mold making and casting, it works well with various urethane liquid rubber and plastic products.
It forms a heat-stable, non-carbonizing film that ensures smooth release, excellent surface definition, and mold cleanliness. Inert and non-corrosive, it withstands high temperatures (up to 400°F/204°C) without decomposing or emitting harmful odors, making it ideal for demanding molding operations.
For molding epoxies, it offers several benefits:
- Lubrication and Heat Stability: It forms a strong, heat-stable film, ensuring precise surface definition and cleanliness.
- Compatibility and Durability: It’s inert, preserving metal or plastic molds without corrosion, even at high temperatures.
- Versatility: Suitable for polysulfides, polyesters, rigid, and flexible molds, providing consistent performance.
- Easy Application: Spreads effortlessly, reducing imperfections for high-quality casts.
- Cost-Effectiveness: Reduces reject rates and maintains original color for a superior finish.
