Fast Cure Polyurethane Sandwich Panel Adhesive & Joint Sealant. TECHNO BOND™ 8865 FAST is a fast-curing, two-component thixotropic polyurethane adhesive and joint sealer designed for structural bonding and sealing of insulated sandwich panels in demanding industrial environments. This 100% solids, VOC-free formulation provides outstanding adhesion to stainless steel, galvanized metal, concrete, wood, composites, ceramics, stone, rubber, and polyisocyanurate panels.

Developed for wall and ceiling panel assembly, its high thixotropy allows vertical and overhead applications without sagging while maintaining excellent gap-filling capabilities for joints, cracks, and concrete surfaces.

With up to 300% elongation and excellent vibration resistance, TECHNO BOND™ 8865 FAST accommodates substrate movement without cracking or delamination. The formulation is engineered for rapid curing and fast return to service, making it ideal for production environments where downtime must be minimized.

The system incorporates antibacterial protection, helping prevent the growth of bacteria and mold while eliminating water infiltration at panel joints. Because it contains no priority food allergens and meets CFIA standards, it is well suited for food-processing facilities, pharmaceutical plants, medical environments, and hygienic industrial installations.

TECHNO BOND™ 8865 FAST can be applied in cold environments down to 4 °C, achieving high early strength within a few hours and full cure in a short time, allowing quick commissioning of installations. Once cured, it withstands frequent pressure washing, aggressive cleaning agents, thermal shock, and temperatures up to 60 °C, while maintaining strong adhesion when surfaces are properly prepared.

Its smooth, easy-to-clean finish, combined with excellent chemical resistance and the ability to perform in immersed or chemically exposed environments, makes TECHNO BOND™ 8865 FAST a reliable solution for industrial sealing, machinery anchoring, panel joint sealing, and hybrid substrate bonding.
