Flexible Impact-resistant Polyurethane Casting Resin. TECHNO CAST 3660 is a two-component elastomeric polyurethane casting resin formulated with 100% reactive materials. Designed for high-performance technical parts, it offers exceptional impact and abrasion resistance, making it ideal for industrial components, molds, prototypes, and models.Its easy 1A:1B mixing ratio by volume and low viscosity allow for quick, precise casting with excellent detail reproduction. The low exothermic temperature permits casting up to 3 inches thick with negligible shrinkage, depending on the part’s mass and design.

TECHNO CAST 3660 is suitable for professional use only and is available in several colors. It offers fast demolding and optimal performance when post-cured for 8 hours at 80 °C after a 24-hour room temperature cure at 22 °C. Sticky surface residue may occur if instructions are not followed or if improper molds are used (such as reused silicone or epoxy-contaminated molds).
