UV-Resistant Polyurethane Adhesive & Joint Sealant. TECHNO BOND™ 8865 UV is a two-component, thixotropic polyurethane adhesive and joint sealant specifically formulated for the structural assembly and sealing of insulated sandwich wall and ceiling panels.Its 100% solids, VOC-free formulation combines exceptional mechanical and chemical bonding with excellent flexibility, allowing the joint to accommodate movement caused by temperature variations without delamination. The product is especially well suited for stainless steel and can also adhere to properly prepared concrete, metals, selected plastics, composites, ceramic, natural stone and rubber.

Unlike conventional sealants that may sag or flow during vertical application, TECHNO BOND™ 8865 UV has a highly thixotropic, non-sag consistency, making it ideal for vertical panel joints, wall-to-floor transitions, panel assembly and crack filling.
